Service Fee and Rates: The following checking and savings accounts are eligible for the cash bonus:

Personal Checking Accounts: Value Checking Accounts have a minimum balance of $100 to open an account with an $8 monthly maintenance charge. Value Checking Accounts have no monthly maintenance charge when you maintain a minimum average daily balance of $1,500 per month or a combined average monthly balance of $5,000 in a combination of Metropolitan Bank checking or savings accounts. Value Checking Accounts are non-interest-bearing accounts. Premier Interest Checking Accounts have a minimum balance of $100 to open an account with an $8 monthly maintenance charge. Premier Interest Checking Accounts have no monthly maintenance charge when you maintain a minimum average daily balance of $2,500 per month or a combined average monthly balance of $10,000 in a combination of Metropolitan Bank checking or savings accounts. Premier Interest Checking Accounts have a 0.05% Adjustable Annual Percentage Yield (APY), which is compounded daily and paid out monthly. Senior Citizen Checking Accounts have a minimum balance of $100 to open an account with no monthly fees or monthly minimums to avoid fees. Must be 62 years of age to qualify for a Senior Citizen Checking Account. Senior Citizen Checking Accounts are non-interest-bearing accounts.

Personal Savings Accounts: Value Savings Accounts have a minimum balance of $300 to open an account with a $15 monthly maintenance charge. Value Savings Accounts have no monthly maintenance charge when you maintain a minimum average daily balance of $1,500. Interest is compounded daily, paid quarterly, on accounts above the $1,500 minimum daily balance. If you close your account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest. Value Savings Accounts offer unlimited deposits and withdrawals by mail or in-person. No more than six (6) preauthorized withdrawals, on-line transfers, automatic or telephone transfers, checks, and drafts per month. A $10.00 service charge will be applied for each item in excess of the six (6) preauthorized withdrawals, on-line transfers, automatic or telephone transfers, checks, drafts, and similar transactions per month. Super Savings Accounts have a minimum balance of $5,000 to open an account with a $15 monthly maintenance charge. Value Savings Accounts have no monthly maintenance charge when you maintain a minimum average daily balance of $5,000. Interest is compounded daily, paid quarterly, on accounts above the $5,000 minimum daily balance. If you close your account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest. Super Savings Accounts offer unlimited deposits and withdrawals by mail or in-person. No more than six (6) preauthorized withdrawals, on-line transfers, automatic or telephone transfers, checks, and drafts per month. A $10.00 service charge will be applied for each item in excess of the six (6) preauthorized withdrawals, on-line transfers, automatic or telephone transfers, checks, drafts, and similar transactions per month.
